Berghof Punzenlehen**** price-list 2018/19
Prices include bedding, towels, telephone, color satellite TV, electricity and heating, etc.
Check in time not before 4pm. Check out time is not later than 10am because of final
cleaning for next guests.
Deck chairs, sunshades, barbeque, playground, sleds, free of charge. We can arrange ski
equipment upon request.
15.- Euro per day. 1 child under 6 in bed of parents is free of charge.
Minimim stay is 5 days plus 50,00€ for cleaning. For Christmas time please note our
minimum stay requirement is One Week.
Deposit is 30% of total amount.
In order to maintain the price on this low level we kindly request your cooperation. When you leave the appartments at the end of your stay, please check that you leave the property clean and tidy. Should the property be found unclean or damaged upon your departure, it might be necessary to engage in outside cleaners, this service will then be further invoiced to you. Therefore the basic cleaning has to be done by the guests prior to departure. (this includes dish and pot washing, cleaning the stove, vacuum cleaning, take off the bedding, basic toilet cleaning, refuse disposal in provided trash cans.)
